Welcome to ERISA Disability Blog. My name is John Tucker, and I created this Blog to help people who are making disability claims under group Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Plans offered by their employers.
I am a Disability Attorney. I help people get ERISA Disability benefits and Individual Disability Insurance benefits. I handle disability claims, appeals, and I file lawsuits if someone’s disability claims was denied.
Over the last 20 years, I have represented thousands of people like you in claims against disability insurance companies and disability plan administrators, as well as other types of disability claims like Social Security Disability, SSI, and Veterans Disability. I am proud to have received the highest peer review rating (“AV”) for legal skill and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell, the oldest organization that rates attorneys, as well as a “10/10-Superb” rating from Avvo.com. In addition to my private practice with Tucker Ludin|Legal Solutions, I am an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law where I teach a course in ERISA Litigation.
If you have an ERISA claim, you really should have an attorney:
If you have an ERISA claim, I urge to consult with an experienced ERISA Disability Attorney. Whether you contact me or someone else, it is important for you to have solid advice when making an ERISA claim. Disability lawyers obviously charge fees, but ERISA claims are unique, and you probably do not know the ins and outs of the law. ERISA is so different than many other areas of the law that many attorneys do not understand it. Make sure you consult with and hire a Disability Attorney who has handled hundreds of ERISA claims. Choosing the wrong lawyer to handle your disability case could cost you thousands, or even hundreds of thousands, of dollars.
I offer a free consultation – in person, over the phone, or by video conference:
Though my offices are based in Florida, I represent ERISA disability claimants all over the United States. If you are making a claim for disability benefits under your company’s or union’s disability plan (or a claim for disability pension benefits under their pension plan) and want an opinion from an experienced Disability Attorney, I welcome the chance to speak with you. If you feel you may need an ERISA Disability Attorney, please call me toll-free at (866) 282-5260. If you cannot make it to my office, I am happy to speak with you by phone. I would also be happy to schedule a video chat with you by Skype or Oovoo.
